Christmas Off Key

You might be tempted to turn the sound down on this one.  But then again, we found ourselves turning it up - and then replaying it again for friends.

This is why we hold auditions for our worship team singers.

Oh, Holy Night

Well, whoever it was sang with their whole heart! I’ll bet Jesus thought it was beautiful, and if that’s what He thought, then I think so too!

One good thing for all of you is that Jerry usually sings loud enough to drown me out. :) Psalm 100 says to “Sing beautifully unto the Lord,” OR NOT - it says, “Make a joyful noise.” So, as long as we sing joyfully, it doesn’t matter how BAD (or good) we sing! (To God anyway, but, I apologize to anyone who ever sat in front of me.)

To the wonderful worship band-Could we sing more Christmas Carols during worship time right now? I LOVE them and miss singing them corporately. Please don’t take this as criticism, you guys are awesome! I just want to sing more Carols.

Oh my! I’m sure if I had a dog sitting here, it would be howling! This was definitely my laugh of the day–what a “howl” or I mean “hoot”. Not to be overly critical but don’t know if that would qualify as a “joyful” noise and I’m thinking “on earth as it is in heaven”–only on earth will we hear sounds like that, I hope. Very funny! :)

I’m so glad you found this! Someone sent it to me a couple years ago and I laughed till I cried. But then I lost it and haven’t been able to find it again. You made my day!

What a fine departure for the La Scala lead tenor.
