I think it would be great if we told our kids right away that Santa was real, but he lived long time ago. Now, people have taken his tradition of giving gifts. I believe kids need to know that fairy tales are not real and things like Santa no longer exist and never lived in the North Pole. However, the fact that Jesus was born over 2000 years ago and still alive! They need to know that about Christmas.
