Hey Kids! Here’s a link to a Kidzone website with great coloring pages, games, cool penguin facts and some great crafts. Check out the Toilet Paper Roll penguin… it’s my favorite! Then go to the Monteray Bay Aquarium site to learn about the 17 different kinds of penguins God made! These are some cute critters; I like to thank God that all those different kind of penguins made it on Noah’s Ark.

I work at an after school daycare program (CLC) down here and as one of our arts and crafts projects that we did last week we made one of those toilet paper roll penguin. Ours looked 10x cuter tho : ) We just cut out black paper to go around the body and make the wings, and a white circle for the belly and two little eyes, and orange paper for a nose and feet. You should have seen some of the penguins kids came up with : )
So today there’s a huge ice storm down here in Lincoln, NE so the ENTIRE UNL campus is shut down–libraries, rec center, union, dining halls, everything… SO I am basically trapped in my dorm doing homework and attempting to keep myself entertained.
